This is one of the main issues being tackled at the 12th ASEAN Defense Ministers' Meeting (ADMM), which opened on Oct 19th in Singapore.
At the end of the meeting, ASEAN top military officials endorsed the joint statement of ADMM 12 confirming ASEAN's commitment to maintaining peace and stability in the region.
