According to research, if we do not take action soon, weather disasters will cause losses of at least 5% of the world's GDP. With the belief that one unit of investment can save 15 units of value in dealing with consequences from natural disasters, over 100 experts will share their experience in the new humanitarian financial support mechanism during the two-day event. If the model is applied to Vietnam's northern mountainous provinces, a fund will be prepared to support local residents with food, medicines and tools to keep warm for people and cattle before each winter.
