During the visit, Deputy PM Binh conveys his wishes for the good health of the guests, calling on them to make further contributions to the locality and serve as shining examples for the younger generation to follow.
He reaffirmed that Party, State and people always shown great gratitude to national contributors and families of policy beneficiaries for their dedication to the country.
He asked Thua Thien – Hue local authorities to continue caring for and supporting the life of Vietnamese heroic mothers, wounded soldiers, and policy beneficiaries, while listening to their aspirations and swiftly addressing any arising issues.
For their parts, the Vietnamese heroic mothers, wounded soldiers and their families expressed their thanks for the great care of the Party and State leaders, local authorities, and social organisations.
Also on the morning of July 7, Deputy PM Binh paid homage to Most Venerable Thich Duc Phuong, Deputy Patriarch of the Vietnam Buddhist Sangha (VBS)’s Patronage Council, who passed away on July 1 at the age of 85.
