Speaking at the ceremony, Minister of Public Security General To Lam congratulated Son on his promotion, which is the Party, State and people’s recognition of his contributions to the cause of national security.
Minister Lam expressed his wish that Son would continue upholding the glorious tradition of the public security force and keep training himself to become an excellent leader and commander, fulfilling the duty of protecting national security and the people’s happiness.
