The plot, previously under the management of the Ministry of Defence, is located near Tan Son Nhat Airport next to Truong Chinh and Pham Van Bach streets.
The site was used by 50 kiosks and 3 petrol stations which had operated there illegally for many years. It is expected that this land will be used for the construction of a station for the Ben Thanh - Tham Lương Metro 2 Line.
