Coral reefs in Hon Do island require protection
VTV.vn - In Hon Do coral island in Thanh Hải Commune, Ninh Hải District, Ninh Thuận Province, dozens of coral species, which nearly 100 rare marine species rely on for survival, are on the decline, threatening the marine ecology of the region.
Campaigns to raise the awareness in communities about policies and laws on the exploitation of natural resources and the protection of the sea should be enhanced in order to preserve and restore these coral reefs.
