The contest, which is open to Vietnamese citizens aged 18 and above, runs from August 11 to November 20, 2022.
It consists of three rounds, of which, each round lasts one month. During the contest, entrants will participate in challenges which are designed to bring about positive physical change for the practitioners.
Participants are also asked to answer questions about nutrition and fitness training methods while interacting with experts and then share exercises they have applied to achieve positive changes in the body.
The winners will be evaluated based on their results in the knowledge test, change in body mass index (BMI) and waist-hip ratio, as well as how they inspire others through their stories.
Speaking at the launch ceremony, journalist Tran Tuan Linh, Editor-in-Chief of Suc Khoe Doi Song Newspaper, said that the contest aims to provide people with the necessary knowledge about nutrition and physical fitness, thus contributing to improving the well-being stature of Vietnamese people and creating a healthier community.
He expressed his hope that the contest will receive an enthusiastic response from people across the country, who not only strive to make positive physical changes for themselves but also help to inspire others around them.
