To address this, the ACV and Project Management Board have mobilized over 1,000 locomotives, equipment, and nearly 1,500 officials and workers, and developed scientific and flexible construction measures to control the progress of the project.
In terms of the leveling and drainage package, so far the total volume of excavation and backfill has reached 11.3 million cubic meters, nearly 2.8 million cubic meters higher than the plan.
The technical design work of the passenger terminal, runway, and apron has been closely monitored by the investor, and is expected to be completed on June 18, 2022, for submission to and appraisal by the Ministry of Transport.
