Construction of OneHub Saigon kicks off

This is a 12-hectare integrated business park development located at Saigon Hi-tech Park (SHTP) in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The total cost for the project is estimated at $130 million. The groundbreaking kicks off the construction of the $80 million Phase 1 of the integrated project. The first phase will include more than 12,000 square meters of business park spaces and is expected to be completed by 2018. 

This project sets a new benchmark for business parks in Vietnam, comprising quality business park spaces ideal for companies in various industries, including hi-tech & supporting industries, back-room offices, media, e-commerce, and logistics, supported by lifestyle amenities. The development project is expected to generate more than 8,000 jobs.
