Congratulations to Prime Minister of Morocco

VTV.vn - Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh on October 11 extended his congratulations to Aziz Akhannouch on his appointment as Prime Minister of Morocco.
The same day, Foreign Minister Bui Thanh Son cabled a congratulatory message to Nasser Bourita on his reappointment as Minister of Foreign Affairs, African Cooperation and Moroccan Expatriates. Vietnam and Morocco established diplomatic ties on March 27, 1961.
