VTV.vn - Vietnamese Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh on January 21 sent a message of congratulations to Rosen Zhelyazkov on his election as Prime Minister of Bulgaria.

The same day, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Bui Thanh Son extended his congratulations to Georg Georgiev on being elected as Minister of Foreign Affairs of Bulgaria.
