The event themed "Sustainable development the inevitable and necessary trend for businesses" took place on Thursday in Hanoi. The conference is a forum for enterprises to directly communicate with representatives of the Government and related ministries and agencies, thereby creating better conditions for enterprises to boost sustainable development. Participants at the event agreed that having a strategy in sustainable development would help businesses to not only improve productivity but also cut down costs, giving them a competitive edge in the process in international economic integration.
