It has brought together government officials, experts and youth representatives to discuss issues related to Vietnam's development. 15 delegates from the US, Germany, South Korea, Cambodia and Vietnam shared their experience in helping Vietnam improve various sectors such as education, business, communications, and arts.
The conference was hosted by the Vietnam's University of Đa Nang and the University of California, Davis from the U.S.
