The Ministries of Finance and Construction were requested to cooperate with Quang Ninh Province in ensuring quality and taking over the airport.
Other ministries including Transport, Finance, Public Security, Defence, Health, Industry and Trade, and related agencies were ordered to carry out surveys and prepare for their operations at the airport.
