However, in the context of the complicated international situation, the Government requires all levels and sectors to keep a cautious and wary attitude because of the economy's openness. Chairing over the first Government meeting of the new year, Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc requires each minister and sector chief to pay special attention to and review monthly activities to have appropriate and timely solutions in response to domestic and international fluctuations.
The Prime Minister also asked the Ministry of Finance to tighten the discipline of State budget finance and inspect and check publicly and transparently the use of government funds, focusing on preventing losses, transfering pricing, and tax arrears.
