Can Tho should clearly identify the difficulties and advantages and come up with a development roadmap in the near future. The review is not only for Can Tho but also for the Mekong Delta and the country, making it necessary to analyze the comparative advantages of each region. The review process still needs more comments from independent agencies, including universities, research institutes and provinces in the region.
