One problem was the public's lack of basic knowledge in fire prevention as well as survival skills.
Another concern was the lack of documents specifying fire prevention regulations for establishments at high risk of catching fire, such as petrochemical refineries, road tunnels, railway tunnels, buildings of over 75 meters, restaurants, hotels, and warehouses.
Meanwhile, the budget for fire prevention and fighting has not been adequate. Some localities only receive partial support instead of a designated budget. Deputies proposed that important solutions must be determined for the government, relevant authorities, and local administrations.
