Cambodia-Vietnam friendship monument inaugurated

This is the 10th Vietnam-Cambodia friendship monument inaugurated in Cambodia and marks the 50th anniversary of the establishment of relations and the Cambodia Vietnam Friendship Year 2017. Speaking at the ceremony, Stưng Treng Mayor Mom Saroeun said that the people in the province, as well as all Cambodians, always remembered the sacrifice made by the Vietnamese who helped to liberate them from the genocidal Khmer Rouge regime.
