The country's biggest ever rehabilitation centre was half funded by the Vietnamese government. Vietnam had agreed to give 3 million USD to the Cambodian government for the construction of the treatment centre.
Vietnam also pledged to assist Cambodia in providing treatments for drug addicts. The centre will treat 2,000 drug addicts and provide them with job training once operational.
