Winner of the Work Prize belongs to a photo book of Germany's Dr Michael Waibel and two books on Hanoi by author Trần Chiến. The Job Prize category was granted to the Hanoi Studying and Development Centre, a series of events and activities under the Hanoi Good and Bad Project. The Special Prize went to researcher Giang Quân. With over 70 years working in Hanoi and 30 books about the capital, Giang Quân is a lover of the capital, with his books offering a unique perspective on the capital city.
