Boosting institutional reform to pave the way for businesses

VTV.vn - According to the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry, 69.4% of businesses say it's hard to gain access to relevant local documents, land planning ones in particular.

This hinders their expansion plans, rendering businesses passive.

Experts say localities can achieve many reforms if they stay focused on the process, better mobilizing resources and people.
