Binh Dinh province has a coastline of 134km and is blessed with beautiful landscapes and remarkable white-sand beaches. Attractions like ecotourism, diving, kite-flying, and fishing satisfy visitors. In the first 6 months of this year, 1.7 million tourists visited Bình Định province.
There are currently 43 projects in the province investing in tourism. A compound featuring a full golf course, a resort, and luxury villas will open in late July, with an initial investment of roughly 313 million dollars. This project is seen as a groundbreaking step for the tourism industry in Bình Định province.
"I’m sure that with big investments, Bình Định province will be an attractive destination for domestic and foreign visitors in the near future." - Ho Quoc Dzung, Chairman, Binh Dinh Province’s People’s Committee said.
Bình Định province set a target to welcome 5.5 million visitors by 2020, of which 800 thousand are foreign tourists. Revenue from the tourism industry is forecast to reach 500 million USD.
