A 30 million AUD grant will help accelerate the Vietnamese economic growth and reduce poverty by improving the quality of transport infrastructure. The programme will provide funds for new transport projects and also foster co-operation between Australian organisations and the Ministry of Transport.
The programme will be implemented for an initial five years, with the possibility to be extended for a further five.
