The exhibition is organized by the Laos National Association of Fine Arts and its goal is to bring people living along the Mekong river closer together by sharing their cultures.
There are over 50 oil paintings that depict the similarities of the cultural customs and social life of the people of three Mekong countries.
The art exhibition has become a regular cultural exchange between the two countries of Laos and Thailand for years, but this is the first time Vietnamese artists have participated. The exhibition will run until August 18.
