The plan sets out five specific goals to limit non-biodegradable plastic products and gradually reduce the use of single-use plastic bags used in agencies and units. From 2020, this type of plastic will be eliminated in the activities of the community, production, and service business. The collection and recycling of single-use plastic products and plastic bags will be accelerated to minimize plastic waste across the city.
