7th Meeting of Vietnam - Japan Co-operation Committee

At the meeting, the two leaders discussed methods to implement agreements signed during the visit of Vietnamese Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung as well as contents of the incoming high-level visits.

The two sides also agreed to organise high-level meetings on agriculture to promote the medium and long-term agricultural co-operation between Vietnam and Japan.

Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Pham Binh Minh highly appreciated the Japanese government’s policy of facilitating the granting of visas for Vietnamese citizens in recent years.
