The World Health Organization (WHO) claims China has been able to control the epidemic. Fourteen out of sixteen temporary hospitals closed in Wuhan, China, as the number of new infected cases continues to decline.
On Tuesday, China's National Health Commission said only nineteen new infections were reported on Monday, down from forty a day earlier. The authorities in China's Qinghai Province have announced that 144 high schools and secondary vocational schools reopened after months of closure to stop the epidemic.
