4 million people to be recognized as victims of Agent Orange

The process of recognizing victims of Agent Orange is still very complicated. The procedure must be improved so that people suffering from Agent Orange can exercise their rights.

According to Bac Giang’s Department of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs, there are about 290 applications under investigation due to suspicion of fraud. If just 1% out of the four million cases are fraudulent, it will create a loss of thousands of billions of VND from the State budget every year.
