36.000 computers infected with Facebook virus that mines cryptocurrencies

VTV.vn - Over 36000 computers in Vietnam have been found to be infected with a Facebook virus that mines crypto-currencies, according to Bkav virus monitoring system.

According to experts, the number of infected computers has leveled off. Hundreds of variants of virtual crypto currency diggers have been launched.

So far, the viruses have been able to post in Facebook groups, instead of just direct messages as was the case in the first version.
