According to Vietnam News Agency, these fishermen were reported to have been illegally fishing near the Saumarez Reef, northeast of Gladstone, Queensland, Australia. Through further examination, Australian authorities found a large amount of sea cucumber. This is not the first time Vietnamese fishermen have been arrested in Australia. Last year alone, 10 fishing vessels with 120 fishermen were captured for illegal fishing.
