These enterprises come from all cities and provinces, including FDI firms. PCI is based on the convenience of administrative procedures in provincial-level agencies and local authorities' support for enterprises.
This is the 13th consecutive year VCCI will announce the PCI. In 2016, Đà Nẵng led the country in terms of ranking, while Lai Châu and Cao Bằng were at the bottom. PCI rankings for 2017 will be released on March 22nd.
