118 agribusiness conditions to be eliminated

On Wednesday, October 25th, a meeting between the Prime Minister’s task force, the Chairman of the Office of the Government, Mai Tien Dung and the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development took place in Hanoi.

At the meeting, the task force of the government and the Prime Minister showed that the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development proposed to eliminate and amend over 100 conditions which is more than 30% of them. 65 conditions were eliminated and 53 conditions were amended.

Among administrative formalities, 81 were eliminated and 205 were simplified. In terms of phytosanitation, road and air transportation time was reduced to a maximum of 4 hours, and a maximum of 10 hours when transporting by sea.
