Tourism Administration raises travel warning for Thailand

Travel firms must take an active role in co-ordinating with partners and diplomatic representatives of Vietnam in Thailand to ensure the safety of passengers and their belongings.

The number of tourists requesting travel destination changes from Thailand increased sharply yesterday afternoon after the second bomb blast.

Travel companies have worked well together in such adjustments to assure travellers’ safety. Tourists are advised to steer clear of crowded and high-risk areas.
