Traditional costumes, handicraft and fine arts are in the spotlight, along with documentary screenings on the cultures of these countries.
The delegation from Malaysia includes 25 artisans, teachers and students from Teknologi Mara University, while Indonesia has sent Batik expert Venny Afwany Alasmasyah and two other colleagues.
Some 30 handicraft artisans from six ethnic groups of Vietnam - Mong, Dao, Thai, Cham, Tay and Pa Then - together with hearing-impaired artisans from the Kym Viet Company and traditional long dress embroider Lan Huong are also participating in the event.
The artisans will showcase their skills and exchange experiences with their colleagues from other countries. The activities will continue until December 11.
