Sarikakeo, traditional Khmer dance with happy melodies, joyful beats and sensuous movements has drawn the attention of many visitors.
These little friends are drawn to matt-weaving and couldn’t keep their eyes off the weavers’ gifted hands. And “ca rang”, which is not very familiar to urban people is a local tradition in Spring. These are colours and traditions of the Mekong Delta region.
Tet would not be complete without banh tet, banh phong, banh trang. Visitors can taste them on the spot or buy as giftsfor their friends. They can try to make rice paper, phồng cake or arrange and decorate fruit platters and try other traditions with the help of artisans.
Visitors can enjoy the festival and its activities and experience the rich traditions of the Mekong Delta during the Orchard Spring Festival until Friday the 29th of January.
