New King Kong movie begins filming in Vietnam

VTV.vn - Warner Brothers and Legendary pictures’ blockbuster Kong: Skull Island begin filming in Vietnam starting February 22nd.

This will be the largest motion picture ever to be filmed in Vietnam. This was announced at a press conference this morning in Hanoi.

The Vice Minister of Culture, Sports, and Tourism, Vuong Duy Bien, has high hopes that the movie will have a positive effect on Vietnam’s tourism. Prior to Vietnam, the cast also filmed on Oahu, Hawaii and Australia’s Gold Coast. The movie will be released worldwide in March 2017.
