The project is intended to honour the many generations that have sacrificed their lives to protect national sovereignty. More importantly, it carries the educational mission to promote national unity, responsibility, and patriotism.
The project is titled ‘Light of the Mother’ and was designed by architect Tran Van Dung. The design has been handpicked from over 100 sketches and 5 models of 21 architect organisations.
