The workshop aimed to introduce Korean royal embroidery techniques. Embroidery, especially royal embroidery is known as a typical cultural trait of Korean people. Lee Jung Hee, who has been in the embroidery career for 30 years, is the author of the works featured at the exhibition.
34 embroidery paintings including: “Green Dragon White Tiger”, “Double mallard” to “Longevity” and embroidered products used in South Korean daily life were on display. The exhibition will run until November 21st.
