Workers from Thanh Hoa, Nghe An, Ha Tinh province will be picked by the union based on their labour discipline and participation in union activities. Priorities for the free rides are also given to pregnant workers and parents with young children.
There will be 3 bus lines running from Hanoi. Buses will run from Thang Long, Quang Minh Industrial zone and Hanoi Confederation of Labour. The free bus service will operate on February 6th.
