A conference entitled "Science, Technology, and Innovation as a Pillar for Socio-economic Development in Vietnam" was held yesterday in Hanoi, attracting international experts to discuss solutions to promote science and technology in Vietnam.
Over the years, the Vietnamese government's policies have strengthened cooperation with countries where science and technology are developed. Thanks to this, Vietnam's Global Innovation Index climbed twelve places in 2017, and took the 45th position in 2018, up from the 47th spot in 2017.
