Vietnam’s 2016 GDP growth listed among world’s best

The country’s GDP is expected to increase by some 7 percent, equivalent to the target set by the National Assembly last November. With this prediction, Vietnam will rank 9th among leading GDP-growth countries mainly thanks to a rise in individual consumption and tourism. Two other nations in Southeast Asia, namely Laos and Cambodia, are also expected to see positive GDP growth.
