VTV.vn - Vietnamese tra fish exports to the U.S. are unaffected by the ruling of the United States Court of International Trade.

The Vietnam Association of Seafood Exporters and Producers (VASEP) claimed on the U.S. Court of International Trade's ruling earlier this month.

Accordingly, Indonesia was chosen to be the reference for the anti-dumping lawsuit on the frozen pangasius imports from Vietnam in the ninth administrative review. VASEP said this was the initial decision concerning the result of the ninth administrative review on the frozen pangasius exports in 2011 to 2012 by the U.S. Court of International Trade.

Even though the anti-dumping tax is higher than previous administrative reviews, it only applies to the shipments in the ninth administrative review. The anti-dumping tax on the Vietnamese pangasius exporters is unaffected.
