According to the Ministry of Planning and Investment, this number has raised the total figure for 2015 to 94.800 businesses, up by 30% compared with the previous year. Experts believe these changes are due to the 2015 Enterprise Law.
However, authorities also said that enterprises are coping with the negative impacts of the economy. In the first 11 months, over 71.000 businesses went bankrupt, dissolved, or suspended operations.
