According to the report, the consumer price index in the first 9 months of 2015 increased by just 0.74% on-year.
CPI for the whole of 2015 is forecasted to increase from 1.5 - 2.5% on last year, which is much lower than the 5% forecasted at the beginning of the year.
GDP of 2015 is likely to reach 6.5%, which is 0.3% higher than forecast. According to experts, these figures call for further readjustments in economic policies.
