Prime Minister okays LED lighting promotion in Vietnam

VTV.vn - The Prime Minister has approved a project to develop LED (lighting-emitting diode) lighting technology in Vietnam partly funded by the United Nations Development Programme via the Global Environment Facility (GEF).
