Vietnam eyes to reduce greenhouse gas emissions by 8 pct by 2030

VTV.vn - Vietnam vows to reduce 8 percent of its greenhouse gas emissions by 2030 with its internal resources, and would pledge an additional 25 percent if it is to receive international support.
