Yinxing becomes seventh tropical storm this year

VTV.vn - Storm Yinxing entered the eastern waters of the northern East Sea/South China Sea on November 8 morning, becoming the seventh storm to appear in the sea so far this year, according to the National Centre for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting.
