The total investment capital for the restoration project is over 5 million USD from the state budget. The monument was built from 1864 to 1867 and is considered one of the most outstanding tombs contributing to the great artistic and cultural values to the Hue relic site.
It has also been recognised as a Special National Relic Site and a World Heritage Site. During the restoration process until 2019, tourists can still visit the monument.
