VTV Digital reporter Quoc Le shared his insights on digital transformation, emphasizing that it not only optimizes labor, diversifies resources, and expands the customer base, but also enables people to achieve more on a broader scale and interact with customers anywhere, anytime. But digital transformation also poses challenges, especially in the competitive landscape, where we may be competing with formidable adversaries. Not embracing digital transformation means falling behind and missing opportunities.
As a manager, you also have to face the challenge of "digital transformation corruption." Various activities, such as online entertainment, e-commerce, remote work, lead to the use of influence. Employees engage in these activities to varying degrees, consuming organizational resources. At VTV, some employees are "leveraging influence" for their own benefit, diverting resources to competitors. The goal of digital transformation is to achieve higher efficiency and make a significant leap, not to "create spare time" for other activities because it undermines digital transformation.
The seminar "Vietnam - Cambodia youth pioneers in digital transformation" served as an opportunity for the youth of Vietnam and Cambodia to exchange ideas and discuss pressing issues. As the vanguard, youth are encouraged to proactively lead and adapt to different circumstances. The seminar also contributed to connecting, strengthening solidarity, promoting exchanges, and fostering bonds between the youth of the two countries, as well as improving the overall relationship between Vietnam and Cambodia.
