Bac Ninh urged to strengthen traffic safety model for nationwide expansion

VTV.vn - Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh has asked the northern province of Bac Ninh to continue maintaining its safe traffic management model, evaluating and improving it as a foundation for expanding to other cities and provinces nationwide.
